Burrel's Real Talk:
Question of the Week: Ambrose asks for advice on how to get over his ex.

Q: Ambrose from Michigan asks: "I have been split up with a girl that I have two children with. I thought that I was pretty much over her and then I saw her and her new man together. Then I started obsessing and hurting all over again. How do I get over this girl once and for all and just move on? I want to forget about the past eight years and just be able to be able to live free and enjoy my children on the times that I have them instead of focusing on her and her new man and the pain. How do I do it?"
